Community Hatha Yoga $7 with Abbie
Begin your day with Abbie and an invigorating hatha yoga class with close attention paid to alignment and detail. You will be guided through a grounded warm-up followed by a flow of creative sun salutations and strengthening standing poses. The latter half of the class will focus on stretches, twists and inversions with emphasis on core work.
