Get in shape for summer! Now you can enjoy Body Conditioning classes on Tuesdays AND Thursdays 9:30-10:30am with Heather- a complete and total body workout with cardio drills, weights, exercise balls, bosu balls, straps, disks, etc. You’ll have a blast and you won’t get bored as Heather’s energy and enthusiasm will challenge you and make you feel great- just in time for bikini weather!
