Set to a sound track of infectious rhythms, World Dance Workout features energetic moves from Kimberly’s award winning DVD, Dance and Be Fit: Brazilian Body (Health Magazine’s pick for best dance DVD 2009) such as Maculele and Samba Reggae. You will learn joyful dance sequences that are heart pounding, toning, and lengthening. All levels welcome!

Poppin’ Soul with Sweepy!
If you were at our holiday party then you saw our incredible hip hop, pop & lock, breakdance instructor, Sweepy (of the world famous Rock Steady Crew). Now you can learn from him in a Friday night dance class for ALL ages that will keep you moving with body isolations, footwork, choreography and fun. For kids and adults- this is a great class to take with your teenager, to be around that younger hip energy, or to just break out and try something new and different. Enroll your kids, enroll yourself, drop in, or sign up for the whole winter session.
