Welcome to our new Community Yoga Teachers and bid farewell to Patrick and Ariel….

Welcome new teacher Nancy Kintisch as she starts immediately to permanently takeover Community Kundalini Yoga class $7 (Sundays at 9:15am). Many of you have taken class from her already when she’s subbed for Patrick- she will continue with her great teaching, including the much-loved GONG meditation!

Also, welcome new teacher, Michael Ferrari, who will takeover Ariel’s Community Candlelight Yoga class $7 (Sundays 7:30pm) in December. Michael has also subbed classes here frequently and will continue teaching a hatha/kundalini blend accompanied by his unique mix of music and sound therapy.

Our lovely Community Slow Flow Yoga teacher, Amber, will takeover Ariel’s 75 minute Community Lunch Crunch Yoga $7 (Tuesday/Thursday 11:45am). Come rejuvenate with Amber in the middle of the day!
